Customer Support Engineer-Network Support


Job Role:


Primary: Networks


  1. Install, Configure, Trouble shoot with Fix for Network Active and Passive Components.
  2. Ticketing of Customer Calls into Helpdesk and supporting subsystem, Update for Observation, Diagnosis, Solution.
  3. Reporting to Team Lead.


Secondary: Servers, End Point Protection, Desktop and Server Operating System


  1. Install, Configure, Trouble Above.
  2. Ticketing of Customer Calls into Helpdesk, Update for Observation, Diagnosis, Solution.
  3. Reporting to Team Lead.


Skills:


Language and Symantec:


  1. Gujarat, English, Hindi (Read, Write, Speak)
  2. Ability to Articulate problem statement by way of spoken and written sentences a must.


Active Components


  1. Switching Layer2/3, Routing, Firewall for access, NAT, IDS, IPS, Content, Application based Firewall
  2. Wireless Controllers, Access Points


Operating System


  1. Windows (Desktop / Servers) with Various Roles (e.g. File Server, IIS) , Linux (Desktop / Servers) with Various Roles (e.g. Apache, MySQL database)


End Point Protection


  1. Windows Defender for firewall and Antivirus
  2. eScan
  3. Squerite
