Customer Support Engineer-Network Support
Job Role:
Primary: Networks
- Install, Configure, Trouble shoot with Fix for Network Active and Passive Components.
- Ticketing of Customer Calls into Helpdesk and supporting subsystem, Update for Observation, Diagnosis, Solution.
- Reporting to Team Lead.
Secondary: Servers, End Point Protection, Desktop and Server Operating System
- Install, Configure, Trouble Above.
- Ticketing of Customer Calls into Helpdesk, Update for Observation, Diagnosis, Solution.
- Reporting to Team Lead.
Skills:
Language and Symantec:
- Gujarat, English, Hindi (Read, Write, Speak)
- Ability to Articulate problem statement by way of spoken and written sentences a must.
Active Components
- Switching Layer2/3, Routing, Firewall for access, NAT, IDS, IPS, Content, Application based Firewall
- Wireless Controllers, Access Points
Operating System
- Windows (Desktop / Servers) with Various Roles (e.g. File Server, IIS) , Linux (Desktop / Servers) with Various Roles (e.g. Apache, MySQL database)
End Point Protection
- Windows Defender for firewall and Antivirus
- eScan
- Squerite
